State Trial Court Judge - Juvenile and Probate in Darke County, Ohio

Candidate must be a qualified elector residing in the county court district, must be admitted to practice as an attorney in Ohio and have been, for a total of at least six years, engaged in the practice of law in Ohio. Maximum age is 70 years.

Filing fee is $80 filing fee; signature requirement for major party candidates: 50 signatures. For minor party candidates: 25 signatures. For independent candidates: signature requirements are based on the number of votes cast in the county in the last general election for governor. If the number of votes cast was fewer than 5,000, 25 signatures, or a number equal to 5 percent of the vote (whichever is less). If the number of votes cast was 5,000 or more, signatures equal to 1 percent of the vote.
