must for at least six (6) months prior to filing a declaration of candidacy: (1) maintain their primary residence within the jurisdictional limits of the city of Ponca City and (2) be a registered voter at an address within the municipality.
Filing Requirements
Filing fee of $300 or petitions in lieu of fee of 2% of registered voters in the district.
