Eligibility Requirements
Must be a qualified elector of the City and must have resided within the city limits one year immediately preceding election. May only be a candidate for one position in a single election; may only be a city employee if the position is substantially volunteer in nature
Filing Requirements
File form SEL 101 and file by petition with form SEL 121 (must be approved before circulating) [note: all signatures must be numbered and verified by the city elections official and filed with SEL 338]
