Must be a registered voter in the city and have resided in the city for 12 months immediately preceding the election
Filing Requirements
File form SEL 101 and file by petition with 20 signatures of registered city voters with form SEL 121 (must be approved before circulating) [note: all signatures must be numbered and verified by the elections official and filed with SEL 338]
