Must be a qualified elector and have resided within the City limits during the twelve months immediately before being elected; may not be a city employee or officer; may not be a candidate for more than one position in a single election
Filing Requirements
File form SEL 101 and file by petition with form SEL 121 with the signatures of at least 50 qualified electors (must be approved before circulating) [note: all signatures must be numbered and verified by the city elections official and filed with SEL 338]
