- Filing by Declaration File Fee: $50.00 Form: SEL 101 Major Political Party or Nonpartisan OR Filing by Petition Forms: Major Political Party: SEL 102 Nonpartisan: SEL 121 Signature Requirements Major Political Party: Democrat 5 Signatures, Independent 500 Signatures, Libertarian 2 Signatures, Pacific Green 1 Signatures, Republican 14 Signatures If a Major Political Party is not listed above the required signatures will be 500. Nonpartisan - 11 signatures Need to have signatures from each of the 3 precincts, Arlington #1, East Condon #6 and West Condon #7. Obtain more than the required number of signatures to insure petition contains sufficient number of valid signatures. All signatures must be original signatures of registered voters within the district.
