Eligibility Requirements
Must be a qualified elector, a resident within the city limits for 12 months immediately prior to the election, and a resident of the ward for which they file
Filing Requirements
File form SEL 101 and file by petition with at least 20 signatures of registered voters within the ward with form SEL 121 (must be approved before circulating) [note: all signatures must be numbered and verified by the city elections official and filed with SEL 338]
