Eligibility Requirements
All candidates must be registered to vote in Oregon. No person shall be eligible for the office of Mayor unless, at the time of their election, that person is a qualified elector within the meaning of the State constitution and has resided in the City during the twelve months immediately preceding the election.
Filing Requirements
Filing fee: $10. The candidate must collect at least 50 valid signatures to be placed on the ballot.
