Eligibility Requirements
Any elector residing within the proposed water authority is qualified to be a member of the board of directors of the authority. A person who is an employee of a water authority is not qualified to serve as a director of the water authority by which the person is employed.
Filing Requirements
Filing fee: $10. Signature Requirement: The lesser of either 25 signatures or 10% of the total number of active registered voters in the district
