Must be a qualified elector and have resided in the City of Aurora for 6 months immediately preceding the election
Filing Requirements
File form SEL 101 and file by petition with 15 signatures with form SEL 121 (must be approved before circulating) [note: all signatures must be numbered and verified by the city elections official and filed with SEL 338]. May also require SEL 220 and 123
