Eligibility Requirements
Must be a qualified elector under the state law, and reside within the city for at least one year immediately before election or appointment to office
Filing Requirements
File form SEL 101 and file by petition with form SEL 121 (must be approved before circulating) with at least 10 signatures including addresses [note: all signatures must be numbered and verified by the city elections official and filed with SEL 338]
