Must be a qualified elector who has resided in the city during the 12 months immediately preceding the election
Filing Requirements
File form SEL 101 and file by declaration with a $25 fee OR file form SEL 101 and file by petition with form SEL 121 and at least 20 signatures including addresses of electors who have not signed more than 3 petitions(must be approved before circulation) [note: all signatures must be numbered and verified by the city elections official and filed with SEL 338]
