Filing Requirements
Candidates filing for office must complete PROSPECTIVE PETITION forms (filed simultaneously, PRIOR to obtaining signatures): SEL 101 - Candidate Filing - Major Political Party or Nonpartisan - marked "Prospective Petition" and designating circulator pay status; and SEL 121 - Candidate Signature Sheet - Nonpartisan with all fields completed; Signatures must be certified and numbered; notarized City of Beaverton Acceptance of Nomination form; Candidate's Statement for City Voter's Pamphlet and JCVP-02 Endorsement Statement for City Voter's Pamphlet must be filed 2 weeks after filing deadline
