Eligibility Requirements
Must be a qualified Oregon elector and reside within the City for at least one year immediately before election; may not be a city employee; may only be a candidate for one position in a single election
Filing Requirements
File form SEL 101 and file by petition with SEL 121 with at least 25 signatures of qualified electors (must be approved before circulating) [note: all signatures must be numbered and verified by the city elections official and filed with SEL 338]
