Meet eligibility requirements
Must be a qualified state elector who has resided in the city for at least 1 year immediately preceding election; may only be a candidate for one position in a single election; may not be a city employee

- File form SEL 101 and file by petition with SEL 121 (must be approved before circulating) [note: all signatures must be numbered and verified by the city elections official and filed with SEL 338]
