Eligibility Requirements
Must be a qualified Oregon elector and have resided in the City during the 12 months immediately preceding the election. Such elected officer shall remain a resident of the City during the term of office.
Filing Requirements
File form SEL 101 and file by petition with 10 signatures of qualified electors with SEL 121 (must be approved before circulating) [note: all signatures must be numbered and verified by the city elections official and filed with SEL 338]
