Job description
The circuit clerk is the clerk of the circuit court and juvenile court and usually acts as the ex-officio recorder of the county.
Eligibility requirements
Must posses qualifications of an elector, must be a U.S. citizen, must be an Arkansas resident, Must reside within their respective township, justice of the peace district, or county to be represented, Must be a minimum of eighteen (18) years of age , Must be lawfully registered to vote, Must never have been convicted of embezzlement of public money, bribery, forgery, or other infamous crime
