The City Legislature is the municipality's governing body, responsible for voting on ordinances and policies, and often is in charge of hiring a city manager.
Eligibility requirements
Must possess qualifications of an elector. Must be a U.S. citizen, must be an Arkansas resident, and must live in jurisdiction to be represented at time of filing and throughout term.
