Job description
The Community Development District or Community Services District Board is responsible for overseeing the financing, constructing, operating and maintaining community-wide infrastructure, improvements and services for the benefit of the properties within its boundaries.
Eligibility requirements
Must possess qualifications of an elector. Must be a U.S. citizen, must be an Arkansas resident, and must live in jurisdiction to be represented at time of filing and throughout term. Must be a minimum of eighteen (18) years of age. Must be lawfully registered to vote. Must never have been convicted of embezzlement of public money, bribery, forgery, or other infamous crime.
