The City Recorder/Treasurer is a joint position responsible for preparing budgets, keeping records of all council proceedings, and accounting for receipts in regard to city funds.

S. citizen, must be an Arkansas resident, must live in jurisdiction to be represented at time of filing and throughout term, must be lawfully registered to vote, must be at least 18 years of age, must never have been convicted of embezzlement of public money, bribery, forgery, or other infamous crime
