Job description
The County Legislature or Executive Board is the governing body of the county and exercises broad policy-making authority. The Board is charged with implementing policy and overseeing the county budget process and allocation.
Eligibility requirements
Must be a resident, and registered to vote, in San Francisco at the time nomination papers are issued and qualified to vote for that office; A candidate for the Board of Supervisors must reside and be registered to vote in his or her district for at least 30 days immediately preceding the date he or she files the declaration of candidacy.
