Job description

A U.S. Delegate is a non-voting member of the U.S. House of Representatives.

Eligibility requirements

Representative must be be a qualified elector in the District, at least twenty-five years old, hold no other paid public office, and have resided in the District of Columbia continuously since the beginning of the three-year period ending on the date of the general or special election.
