Candidate must be at least twenty‑one (21) years of age; and each member shall be a citizen of the United States and of the State of Delaware and a bona fide resident of The Town of Greenwood for at least thirty (30) days prior to the deadline to file to run for Council. For purposes hereof, a person is a “bona fide resident” when that person physically resides within the corporate limits of the Town with the actual intent to make that residence that person’s fixed and permanent home.
