Job description
State Utility or Public Service Boards are responsible for regulating the rates and services of electric, natural gas and/or water utilities.
Eligibility requirements
Candidate must be at least 30 years old, a qualified elector, citizen of the United States, a citizen and resident of Georgia, and a resident of the district they are elected to for twelve months. The candidate may not be directly or indirectly interested in any mercantile business or any corporation selling commodities to the public.
