The County Superior Court Clerk is responsible for keeping the permanent records of all cases filed in the Superior Court, which include civil, criminal, and family law cases.

Eligibility requirements

Must have been a resident of the county for at least two years prior to the election. Must be a registered voter, at least 25 years of age, a citizen of the United States and of the state of Georgia, the holder of a high school diploma or its recognized equivalent. Must not have been convicted of a felony or any offense involving moral turpitude.
