Job description
This County Court Judge is responsible for adjudicating cases in Civil and Criminal Courts at the trial-level in the certain specific areas of probate or surrogate matters.
Eligibility requirements
Candidate must be a citizen of the U.S. and Maryland, and registered to vote in State elections. Candidate must have resided in jurisdiction for at least 12 months before the election. Candidate must be an attorney barred in the State of Maryland. They must be at least 30 years of age and retire at age 70.
