Eligibility requirements
Any person desiring to run for the office of Mayor of the Town of Edmonston shall be at least twenty-three (23) years of age, shall have resided within the corporate limits of said town at least one (1) year prior to the election and be registered to vote in the town for at least one (1) year prior to the election. The Mayor must continually reside at the primary residence within the corporate limits of the Town of Edmonston for the duration of their term in office.
