Job description
An Associate Circuit Court Judge assists the court in performing its duties; receives, processes, and maintains the judgments, rules, orders, and all other proceedings of the court; collects and disburses all fines and costs
Eligibility requirements
Candidate must be a U.S. citizen for 10 years, must be a qualified Missouri voter for at least 3 years, must be a resident of the circuit for at least 1 year, must be licensed to practice law in Missouri, must be at least 25 years old. Retirement is mandatory at age 70.
