The County Court Clerk is responsible for maintaining court records, authenticating court orders and judgements, and administering oaths to witnesses and jurors.
Eligibility requirements
US citizen, at least 21 years old, resident of Missouri for one year, resident of County in which the individual will serve as circuit clerk for three months prior to appointment or election
