Job description
The Public Utilities or Public Services District Board is responsible for overseeing public utility/public service operations within the district.
Eligibility requirements
Must be a registered voter residing within the chartered territory or subdivision as defined in the charter of the district or a retail customer duly certified (whose principal residence is being served by a public power district and whose principal residence is not in the chartered territory of such district, by request the district in writing at least fifteen days prior to the certification date for such district, to be eligible to hold office as a member of the board).
