Job description

Local Court Judges are responsible for adjudicating cases in civil and criminal courts at the trial-level, such as small-claims court or drug court.

Eligibility requirements

Candidates must be at least thirty (30) years of age and a person learned in the law by practice and profession, and shall have been for two (2) years before election, a bona fide resident and voter in the county and a bona fide resident of the city at the time of his election.
