The Public Utilities or Public Services District Board is responsible for overseeing public utility/public service operations within the district.
Eligibility requirements
Must be a U.S. citizen // Must be at least 18 years of age // Must have resided in the state for 12 continuous months immediately preceding the filing date and in the district for six months immediately preceding the filing date // Must be a registered voter in the district // Must not have been determined mentally incompetent by final judgment of a court // Must not have been finally convicted of a felony from which the person has not been pardoned or otherwise released from the resulting disabilities
