This District or Circuit Court Judge is responsible for adjudicating cases at the trial-level. Judges in this position are seeking to retain their current seat.
Eligibility requirements
Candidate must be a United States citizen. He or she must have been a resident of Utah for at least three years and reside within the geographic division for which they are selected. The person must be at least 25 years old and less than 75 years old. He or she must be admitted to practice law in Utah.
