Job description
The City Clerk/Ward Officer serves as the official keeper of the municipal records. This joint position is also responsible for presenting the agenda and minutes for legislative and committee meetings.
Eligibility requirements
Candidate must be a resident of the village and remain a resident throughout term of office. Candidate must be a qualified elector of the village. Candidate must be a citizen of the United States and of the State of West Virginia. Candidate must not hold any other public office or be a village employee.
