Eligibility Requirements
Candidates must be a qualified voter, resident of municipality, and reside in municipality 3 months before election
Filing Requirements
No filing fee. Petition Signature Requirements: 5% of the registered voters of the ward based on the number of registered voters recorded by the county auditor on the second Tuesday in January of the year of the election, but no more than 50 signatuers are needed.
