Eligibility Requirements
The mayor and aldermen shall be residents of the United States, of the State of Tennessee, and of the City of Jellico. No person is eligible to the office of mayor or alderman who has not been a resident of the City of Jellico for one (1) year next preceding the election, and who is not at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
Filing Requirements
No filing fee. Petition signature requirement of 25 signatures.
