Eligibility Requirements
Only registered voters for the town who will be at least twenty-one (21) years of age prior to taking office, who are bona fide citizens, and residents of the town, for at least twelve (12) months prior to the election shall be eligible to seek and hold the office of Alderman or Mayor.

No filing fee. Petition signature requirement of 25 signatures.
