Eligibility Requirements
The mayor shall have attained the age of twenty-five (25) years at the beginning of the term and shall have been a resident of the City of Knoxville for one (1) year next preceding the deadline for qualifying for election and shall continue to reside therein during the term of office.
Filing Requirements
No filing fee. Petition signature requirement of 25 signatures.
