Eligibility Requirements
Candidates shall be qualified electors of the City and shall hold no other public office except as a Notary Public or member of the National Guard or Military Reserve. No person shall be eligible to the office of councilman unless he has been a citizen and resident of the City of Loudon for one (1) year immediately preceding his election.
Filing Requirements
No filing fee. Petition signature requirement of 25 signatures.
