Eligibility Requirements
Any person eighteen (18) years of age or older and who is a resident of the city, or any eligible voter within an Eagleville voting precinct owning a taxable free hold within the corporation and being otherwise qualified, shall be eligible to the office of city council, provided such person shall have met the qualifications of an eligible voter for a minimum of one (1) year next preceding the date of the election.
Filing Requirements
No filing fee. Petition signature requirement of 25 signatures.
