Eligibility Requirements
Candidate must be at least 18 years of age, be a citizens of the United States and of this state, and have been a resident of the State of Tennessee for one 1 year. Candidates must be a resident of the city at least six (6) months preceding the date of the election.
Filing Requirements
No filing fee. Petition signature requirement of 25 signatures.
