Eligibility Requirements
The Mayor and Councilmembers shall, on the day prior to the date of the scheduled election to be held for such office, be citizens of the United States; qualified voters of the City; residents of the City, or an area having been annexed into the City, for at least twelve (12) consecutive months; be eighteen (18) years of age or older; and not be delinquent on any indebtedness to the City.
