City Legislature in San Antonio, Bexar County, Texas

Must be a U.S. citizen // Must be at least 18 years of age // Must be a qualified voter of the City of San Antonio by the last day of the application period // Must not have been determined mentally incapacitated by a final judgment of a court // Must not have been finally convicted of a felony (unless pardoned or otherwise released from the resulting disabilities) // Must have resided in Texas continuously for one year // have resided in San Antonio continuously for at least one year prior to filing // Must have resided in the district for at least six months prior to filing

Filing fee of $100. Petition signature requirement of 0.5% of the entire vote cast for mayor in the preceding mayoral election, or twenty-five (25), whichever is greater (signatures only required without fee).

Submit paperwork to the City Secretary/Clerk's office.
