Eligibility Requirements

The members of the City Council shall be qualified voters of the Town of Addison who have been residents of the Town for at least twelve months immediately preceding election day and who shall never have been finally convicted of a felony offense or any offense involving moral turpitude from which the person has not been pardoned or otherwise released from the resulting disabilities.
