Eligibility Requirements
Must be a qualified voter of the city // Must have resided in Texas for at least one year and in the city for at least six months
Filing Requirements
Filing fee of $250. Petition signature requirement of 0.5% of the entire vote cast for mayor in the preceding mayoral election, or twenty-five (25), whichever is greater (signatures only required without fee).
