Eligibility Requirements
In addition to any other qualifications prescribed by law, the Mayor and each Councilmember shall: (1) be residents of the City of one (1) year; and (2) have resided in their district for a minimum of one (1) year prior to the date of the election and shall reside in that district during the term of office.
Filing Requirements
Submit Petition signed by twenty-five (25) qualified voters residing within the district for which the candidate is seeking election
