Candidate shall reside within the corporate limits of the town for at least six months prior to filing date. Shall reside in the State of Texas for at least twelve months prior to filing date. Shall be a Qualified Voter. Shall be 21 years of age. Shall comply with all other town ordinances or resolutions that may be applicable.
