Eligibility Requirements
Shall be at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of the election for which they are filing, shall meet all requirements to be a qualified voter set forth in the Texas Election Code at the time of the election for which they are filing, and shall have resided within the corporate limits of the City, or recently annexed territory, for at least twelve (12) months immediately preceding election day.
