City Legislature in Terrell, Kaufman County, Texas

Must be at least 18 years of age // Must be a U.S. citizen // Must be a registered voter in the district at the time of filing // Must have resided in the state for 12 continuous months immediately preceding the filing deadline and in the district for six months immediately preceding the filing deadline // Must not have been determined by a final judgment of a court exercising probate jurisdiction to be totally mentally incapacitated or partially mentally incapacitated without the right to vote // Must not have been finally convicted of a felony from which the candidate has not been pardoned or otherwise released from the resulting disabilities // Must not have a financial interest in any contract, job, work, or service of or to the City of Terrell, or the sale to the City of Terrell of any supplies, equipment, material, or real or personal property
