Eligibility Requirements
Each member of the City Council (including the Mayor) shall be a resident of the City of Vidor, shall be a qualified voter of the State of Texas, shall have been such a resident of the City of Vidor for a period of not less than one (1) year immediately preceding his/her election and shall not be indebted to the City of Vidor.
